NFL Evaluations

Dr. Young is an approved provider for neuropsychological assessment services through the Baseline Assessment Program (BAP). Appointment scheduling should be done through the program administrators website:  www.NFLconcussionsettlement.com.  For questions about scheduling a BAP evaluation please contact the program administrator via the website, call them at 1-855-887-3485 or email them at ClaimsAdministrator@NFLConcussionSettlement.com.  We cannot schedule these appointments, they must be done through the website.  Please feel free to let them know that you have identified this practice as being convenient to your location.

If you are referred by an MAF qualified physician for an evaluation, Dr. Young is a qualified provider.  Please call the office directly, at (860)-415-6463 to discuss details of an evaluation.
