Adults who are looking to further their career are often faced with completing standardized evaluations before taking entrance tests for higher learning programs. Oftentimes, there are requirements for recently completed documentation of learning disability status in order to receive testing accommodations (i.e., extra time, stop-the-clock testing, use of a scribe, text-to-speech, etc).
Dr. Young can ensure that you are given appropriate tests required for eligibility purposes, however, there is no guarantee that you will receive accommodations. The final decision is made after a review of your entire record, typcally by the test administrator.
